ODOT Transportation Safety Division's 2019 Police Traffic Safety Conference

I was lucky enough to attend and present at the 2019 Oregon Traffic Safety Conference at the end of January. In two hours we were able to explore how to identify a sovereign citizen and touch on the “why” behind their beliefs. I had several conversations following the presentation where the law enforcement officers detailed their experiences with sovereigns which is always the highlight of any class for me.
