2019 Judicial Education Conference - Oregon

I was excited to return to Oregon to present at the Judicial Education Conference in March. When I arrived I was greeted by a very enthusiastic crowd who were clearly interested in sovereign citizens! The class was very involved and it made for a fantastic discussion of sovereigns, their behavior, and how best to manage an encounter with a sovereign citizen.
